Ralph Paul Foster

Ralph Paul Foster, 90, of Weirton, passed away Thursday, November 15, 2018 at the Weirton Medical Center. Born August 28, 1928 in Steubenville, he was a son of the late Nick and Edith DeFrancis Foster. He was also preceded in death by his brother Nick Foster Jr.
He is survived by his wife Gloria Theresa Foster; son Ralph P. (Susan) Foster of San Clemente, CA; granddaughter Nicole Carlson; great granddaughter Chloe Carlson and sister Jenny Ciotti.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 1:00 pm at the Sacred Heart of Mary Church, Weirton. Rev. Father Anthony G. Thurston will officiate.
Entombment will follow at St. Paul Cemetery, Weirton.
