Rhett D. Haught, 49, of Weirton, passed away Friday March 6, 2009 in the Weirton Medical Center. Born February 9, 1960 in Steubenville, OH, he was a son of the late Connie Mason Haught and Francis A. Haught of Moundsville, WV. Rhett served as a warehouse operator at Starck Van Lines. In addition to his father, Rhett is survived by his wife Allison Bryan Haught of Weirton, whom he married March 14, 1997; sons Rhett Mason and Cameron Lee Haught both of Weirton; brother Kevin Haught and his wife Darlene of Weirton; sister Samantha Haught of Moundsville, WV and step-mother Carol Haught of Moundsville, WV. Friends will be received Sunday from 4:30PM until the 8:30PM funeral services at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton. Pastor Curt Watkins will officiate.   3. Dear Allison and family, I lived in Rhett’s neighborhood and spent alot of time hanging out with him and others in the neighborhood. I thought alot of him. We spent hours playing Hide and Seek (boy was he fast!) and basketball. What a great smile he had. You and your sons will be in my prayers. I am so sorry for your loss.   26. Rhett was my first cousin, his Mom and my Dad were brother and sister. I am the youngest grandchild on Rhetts “Mason” side of his family, therefore Rhett was 17 when I was born, but I do have good memories of him and his brother Kevin and their Mom, Aunt Connie. I can remember going to visit them in Wierton and thinking how cool they seemed. Rhett and Kevin always seemed to make it down home here in Adeline, Wv for family functions and reunions.. we all loved Rhett very much and I know my Dad, [Tyrone], had a special place in his heart for Aunt Connie’s boys.. To Rhetts wife and children I wish I could’ve got to know you all more? I wld ;I e for you and Rhetts boys to know they’re family and heritage.. Kevin, you always kept it together for everyone it seemed, always being there when the family needed you and I have the utmost respect for you for that.. I’m sry I am writing this so many years later.. I had no idea until yesterday that Rhett even passed.. may God bless him and his family and Kevin s too..[ 1st cousin] Tina Mason
