Richard Dean Stewart, 65, of Wintersville, OH, passed away Sunday, September 15, 2019 in the UPMC Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. He was born January 12, 1954 in Steubenville, a son of the late John and Elsie Winter Stewart. Since 1999, Richard was a distributor for Little Debbie. He was Methodist by faith and loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed working, mowing the yard and remodeling his home. He will be remembered with love by his wife Denise Zatezalo Stewart of Wintersville, whom he married October 12, 1991; sons Nicholas Stewart of Cincinnati, OH and Wyatt Stewart of Wintersville, OH; daughter Carrie (Tyler) Benzel of Richmond, OH; grandchildren Stewart and Lydia Benzel; brothers Bob Stewart of Denton, TX and Roger (Sharlene) Stewart of Bloomingdale, OH and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Tuesday 3-8 PM at Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, WV where funeral services will be held 9 AM Wednesday. Mr. George Zatezalo will officiate.   9. I’m so sorry to hear that Richard has passed, I haven’t seen him for about 30 years, but we used to spend a lot of time together when we were going through middle school and high school. He was such an awesome person, I met his daughter years ago at a step class in Wintersville, she was so very sweet. I’m sending my prayers for all his family, Rest In Peace Richard 🙏🙏🙏🙏
