ronnie mamula
Ronnie Jean Mamula, 63, of Colliers, WV, formerly of Michigan, passed away at UPMC Shadyside with her family at her side on Monday, June 13, 2022, after a brief but courageous battle with cancer. Ronnie was born on January 10, 1959, in Trenton, Michigan, the daughter of the late Ronald Bonneau and Doris Kelley Bellville. She enjoyed the outdoors and would often be found relaxing and floating in the pool. In her spare time, she could be found doing arts and crafts with lots of bling and sparkles, watching movies, and playing games, and she absolutely loved everything that dealt with Disney. However, her family was the most important thing to Ronnie, and she cherished the time she had with every member… and she loved to make them laugh. In addition to her parents, Ronnie was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Paula Jean Mamula, and a brother-in-law, Robert Nicholas Mamula. Left to cherish Ronnie’s memory are her husband at home, John Paul Mamula; son, Robert D. Taylor (Shayna) of Michigan; daughter, Kristel Taylor of Michigan; brother, Darryl Bonneau also of Michigan; half-brother, Shawn Bonneau of California; her 4 grandchildren that meant the world to her, Ema, Aiyden, Olyvia, and Mark; father-in-law, Nicholas “Nick” M. Mamula; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends that will truly miss her smile. Friends and family will be welcomed Friday, June 17, 2022, from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home 3219 Main Street Weirton, WV, where funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 11 AM with Rev. William C. Stout officiating. Entombment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Donations in memory of Ronnie may be made to Christ the King Lutheran Church, 15600 Trenton Rd., Southgate, MI 48195. A memorial gathering for Ronnie’s friends in Michigan is scheduled for Wednesday, June 22, 2022, from 12:30-8 PM at the J.L. Peters Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 3880 Fort Street, Lincoln Park, MI 48146. Share tributes and memories with her family at www.grecohertnick.com
