Kay was born on January 8, 1946, the firstborn daughter of two girls born to George and Virginia Locascio Price. Kay grew up in Weirton, WV, and graduated from Weirton Madonna High School in 1964. I want to especially wish Georgia and Bill Jonczak, Matt and Candi and Anna Pitek, and Liza Jonczak my deepest sympathies. “Aunt Kay” was a kind, loving woman and was always so full of life. I enjoyed the time I spent with her and remember how we watched a few Penguin games together while she cheered on Kris Letang. I remember the good food I had while I attended a few celebrations at her house while I nibbled on the M&Ms she left out for guests. “Aunt Kay” will be deeply missed and I pray for all during this time. May God guide you all and watch over you in the days to come. I’m sorry I can’t be there, but I again want to wish the entire family peace and comfort and my deepest condolences.
