Ruby E. Loughhead, 95, of Weirton, passed away Sunday November 4, 2018 at her home surrounded by family. Born October 29, 1923 in Follansbee, WV, she was a daughter of the late John and Lou Sippia Cline. She was also preceded in death by five brothers, Harold, Charles, Ernest, Watson and Neil Cline and five sisters Ruth Yacos, Nellie Snyder, Marie Slack, Mildred Craig and Pauline McClelland.
Ruby enjoyed family gatherings, playing bingo, crossword puzzles, baking and cleaning.
She is survived by her sons Ronald (Sharon) Noah of Cleveland, OH, Samuel (Marianne) Noah Jr. of Cleveland, OH, William (Donna) Noah of Dennison, OH, Theodore (Melanie) Noah of Akron, OH, Gary (Karen) Noah Ryan of Cleveland, OH and Donald Loughhead of Paris, PA; daughters Donna L. Alboszta (the late Roy Alboszta Sr) of Florida and Debra (Donald) Boyer of New Cumberland; 24 grandchildren, 57 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great grandchildren.
Private family services will be held for Ruby.
