Ruth M. Vermeulen

Ruth M. Vermeulen, 72, of Weirton, WV, died Monday December 17, 2007, at her home. She was born on April 16, 1935, a daughter of the late John and Iva Piper Daugherty. Ruth was also preceded in death by her husband, Camille P. Vermeulen and her sister, Marie Kolat. Ruth was a homemaker. She is survived by her son, John Michael McClaskey of Hudson, FL; her brother, Stanley Daugherty of Weirton, WV; her sisters, Priscilla Lanky of Acme, PA, Mary Renforth and Thelma Laya both of Wheeling, WV and Betty Lowery of Dunbar, PA and grandson, Joshua McClaskey of Hudson, FL. Visitation will be Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, where funeral services will be conducted 11AM Thursday. Reverend Kevin L. Bowers will preside. Interment will follow at the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Weirton.
