Sarah Jane Sugier

Sarah Jane Sugier, 87, of 2525 Pennsylvania Avenue, Weirton died Friday, May 18, 2001 at the Weirton Geriatric Center. She was born April 6, 1914 in Madison, PA the daughter of the late Edward and Mary Ann Nesbit Bytheway. She was also preceded in death by her husband Henry, a brother, James E. and four sisters Tresa Lucas, Thelma Bytheway, Ann Palmer, and Viola Drury. Sarah was retired from McCauslens Florist with 30 years of service, a member of the First Christian Church and Christian Women’s Fellowship and AARP. She is survived by a sister Mrs. Ed (Nellie) Krasinski of Palm Harbor, FL and several nieces and nephews including Charlotte Gabler with whom she resided. Visitation will be Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton. Additional visitation will be Tuesday from 10:00AM until time of services at 11:00 AM at the First Christian Church in Weirton.
