Setsu Kelley

Setsu Kelley, 83, of Weirton, formerly of Georgia, passed away November 13, 2019 at her home. She was born June 9, 1936 in Aomori Ken, Japan, a daughter of the late Kichi and Fujino Machaya Miura. She was also preceded in death by her husband Vann Lamar Kelley on January 31, 1975 and sister Reiko Narita. Setsu was a homemaker and was Baptist by faith. She is survived by her daughter Debra (Bill) Baselj of Weirton; grandchildren Kayla and CoCo Baselj; brother in law Glenn (Margie) Kelley and brother Kiyomi Miura of Japan. There will be no visitation in Weirton. Final arrangements have been entrusted to Bellamy Funeral Home of Hiram, GA. Interment will be in Powder Springs Memorial Gardens, Powder Springs, GA.
