Shirley Talbert, 63 of Weirton, WV, passed away Saturday, July 8, 2017 in Weirton Medical Center. Born June 1, 1954, in New Martinsville, WV, she was a daughter of the late Betty Jane Hostuttler Stillwagoner. She was also preceded in death by her sister Donna Stillwagoner; grandparents, James and Mildred Hostuttler; niece, Kimberly Sue Suttles; Uncle Ed and Aunt Marie Hostuttler. Shirley was a teacher’s aide for five years, at the Hancock County Shelter Workshop. She was a member of Weirton Heights Church of Christ and enjoyed listening to her radio, watching TV and reading, but most of all, she treasured the time she spent with her granddaughter Terra Everhart. She is survived by her husband Arch M. Talbert, whom she married on her birthday in 1978 ; daughter Melissa Talbert of Weirton; sister Deborah Suttles (Jimmie) of Toronto, OH; brothers Jimmie Stillwagoner (Darlene) of Berea, KY, Dennis (Sheri) of Weirton and Ronald Stillwagoner (Sharon) of Toronto. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 1 until the 4 PM funeral service at Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton. Minister Steven Smithbauer will officiate.   3. I am so sorry to hear of Shirley’s passing. My deepest condolences to her husband and daughter. I grew up in Weirton with Shirley and her brothers and sisters. I only have great memories of our childhood. She was such a loving person she will be so missed. May God stand with you through your time of sorrow.
