Theodore F. Truax

Theodore F. Truax, 70, of Weirton, passed away on Tuesday, October 24th at the Trinity East Medical Center in Steubenville, OH.
He was a retired truck driver for Starvaggi Industries, where he worked for 27 years. He was member of the Weirton Heights Church of Christ.
He was born on July 31, 1930 in Weirton, WV, the son of the late Walter Truax, Sr. and Dosie Harris Truax. He was also preceded in death by, three brothers, Charles, Donald and Dallas Truax and one sister,Barbara Snyder.
He is survived by his wife, Cora Clemens Truax, whom he married on May 19th 1956; four sons Ted ''Jr.'' and his wife Nekoa of New Cumberalnd, WV; Michael, Mark and Brian all of Weirton, WV. one daughter Sharon Flinn and her husband Keith of Weirton, WV; three brothers, Blaine and Walter Truax Jr. of Weirton, WV and James Truax of Wintersville, Ohio; two sisters, Nellie Gray of Hopedale, Ohio and June Irwin of Weirton, WV six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Calling hours are from 2-4 and 7-9 Wednesday at the Greco Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main St.,Weirton, WV Thursday from 10AM until time of service 11AM at the Weirton Heights Church of Christ, with Minister Steve Smithbauer officiating.
Interment in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Weirton, WV
