Thomas David Plesich

Thomas David Plesich, 61 of Steubenville died Tuesday October 24, 2000 at Trinity Medical Center West. He was born April 27, 1937 in Steubenville, OH, a son of Margaret and the late Joseph Plesich. He was a professor at Jefferson Community College for 33 years, an Adjunct Professor at Community College of Allegheny County, Pittsburgh, PA; Adjunct faculty member of West Virginia Community College, Weirton, WV. He was a member of St. Peters Catholic Church, National Eagle Scout Association, Elks USA Weirton Lodge 1801, Moose Lodge 688 Weirton. Surviving,besides his mother, are his wife Janna (Hartley) Plesich; three sons William and his wife Judith (Szabo), Jansen and his wife Lisa, David and his wife Kathy all of Columbus, Ohio; three brothers; Joseph and his wife Laurel of Steubenville, Ohio, Gregory of Silver Lake, Ohio, and Stephen and his wife Jeanette of Warren, Ohio; five grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, seven nephews,and six nieces. Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. Thursday at Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, WV.
