William B. Donley

William B. Donley, 89, of Weirton, died Tuesday, May 13, 2003 in the Weirton Medical Center. He was born October 10, 1913 in Wellsburg, WV, a son of the late Charles and Anna Finn Donley. William was also preceded in death by his wife Mary L. Norton Donley, daughter Mary Lou Wells, three brothers and one sister.
After 42 years of service, William retired from Weirton Steel where he worked as a service and maintenance supervisor in inventory control. He was a Catholic by faith, a member of the WSX 25-Year Club and various church organizations.
He is survived by his son, Bernie Donley and his wife Sissy of St. Clairsville, OH; daughter, Carol A. Pinciaro and her husband Dennis of Sedona, Arizona; brothers Thomas (Tim) Donley of Wellsburg, WV and Howard Donley of Texas. William also has 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received 2-4 and 7-9 PM Thursday at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton. Funeral liturgy with mass will be celebrated Friday, 10:00AM, at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, Weirton. Father Stephen Dube will officiate.
Burial will follow at St. Paul Cemetery, Weirton.
