William Dean Dailey, 80 of Weirton, passed away Sunday, December 29, 2019 at his home. Born September 22, 1939 in Weirton, he was the son of the late Luke and Rita (Cain) Dailey. Bill, referred to as the “Blues Man Bill,” loved playing the blues on his guitar. He was a silver and goldsmith, owning his own jewelry store. He was a master craftsman, musician and artist. He enjoyed playing pool, traveling and photography. Bill shared with everybody his sense of humor and love of life. He was a member of the Weirton Church of Christ. He is survived by his longtime girlfriend Billie Jean Stanley; sons Jeff Dailey and his wife Tracey of Weirton and Mark Dailey and his wife Eleanor of Arizona; grandchildren Tina Copestick, Luke, Henry and his wife Moe, Emma, Eleanor and Ruth Dailey and great-granddaughter Audrey. Friends will be received on Wednesday from 4-7PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton where funeral services will be celebrated Thursday at 9:30 AM. Pastor Steven P.
