Andrew: Partner, I can’t begin to tell you how bad I felt when I read your email. I didn’t get the chance to see him much these last few years, but you know how I’m going to miss “Umpy.” Take comfort in the fact that he’s now with your mom. I suspect they’re crusing the streets of heaven in a oversized American car, listening to the AM radio, and grumbling wonderfully about something… Please give my very best wishes and deepest sympathies to Denise & Jay, Nancy & Tom and Tommy and Brian and their families… — Hask.
Nan & Tom, AG & Denise, Know that you are in my prayers.Umpy will be missed by all of us,but he is happy and at peace now with Irene. My love to you all. Jeanie

Dear Nancy and Tom, I didn’t get to meet the rest of your family but my condolences to all of you. Your Dad was a wonderful, sweet-hearted man. He wasn’t with us long, but I really liked him. God bless you all! In Sympathy, Cindy (Nurse from Brightwood)
We read of your loss in the local newspaper. We wanted to offer hope and encouragement, which we ourselves have found helpful in the death of close family members. Please be comforted to know that others are praying for you to have the strength to cope with your trial. May you find hope in the promised resurrection, “Your dead ones will live. … They will rise up.” (Isaiah 26:19) Jesus Christ himself said: “Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.”-John 5:28, 29. Confidence in the resurrection will help to ease your sorrow. As the Bible says, you will “not sorrow just as the rest also do who have no hope.” (1 Thessalonians 4:13) Rather, you will draw close to God in prayer, and the Bible promises “he himself will sustain you.”-Psalm 55:22. Please look up these scriptures in your copy of the Bible. Sincerely, The Davis Family
AG,Denise,Nancy,Tom and families: Our deepest sympathy on Umpy’s death. So sorry we could not be there in person. We will never forget the many evenings playing games and spending time with your Mom and Dad. Our memories of your family will always remain special to us. Sincerely, Joe and Cindi Revay
