Angella J. Fetty

Angella J. Fetty of Weirton, West Virginia, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 30, 2022, at Valley Hospice Care Center North, in Steubenville, Ohio. She was 98 years old.
Angella was born on March 3, 1924, in Star City, West Virginia, to George and Barbara Bruce Lovasich.
She was a life-long and devoted member of Saint Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church, a member of the 1942 graduating class of Weir High School, and a volunteer at Weirton Medical Center with over fifteen years of faithful service.
Her family describes her as intelligent, health-conscious, funny, and kind. She was well known for her wit, humor, and generosity.
In addition to her parents, Angella was preceded in death by her husband Eugene Fetty, whom she married on March 24, 1951, son Thomas Fetty, and sisters Judy Soba and Amelia Smith.
She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Barbara Fetty of New Jersey, sons Mitchell Fetty of Stephens City, Virginia, and Timothy Fetty of Weirton, West Virginia, grandson, Josh Fetty, granddaughters Kristen (Anthony) Moffo and Jessie Fetty, and great-granddaughter Emelyn Moffo.
Angella’s requests have been honored and no services are planned.

Jenny was also President of WMC volunteer Auxilary. I will miss calling her and keeping her up to date on the volunteers. She never complained about certain things,she said;Oh well,they are too busy.: Her son Tim was always taking her,her favorite candy ,chocolate,Sarris. I will miss calling her. Fondly,her friend,Flo
Jenny’s family, My parents (Frank & Anna) were very good friends with yours and my dad worked for your dad in the mill. We always enjoyed talking with her at the hospital or my wife when they saw each other in Kroger’s. May she rest in peace.
