Anna Fencyk

Anna Fencyk 83 of Weirton, died Sunday, September 29, 2002 at the Weirton Medical Center. She was born December 12, 1918 in Kiev, Ukraine, the daughter of the late Rev. Sergei and Dora Pozkowa Ushakow. Her husband Simeon Fencyk, five brothers and two sisters also preceded her. Anna was a homemaker, a member of St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church, Weirton, the Altar Society of the Church and AARP. She is survived by her daughter Dorothy “Dottie” Kranak and her husband Patrick, and her grandson Michael Patrick Kranak all of Burgettstown, Pa. Visitation will be at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral 3219 Main St., Weirton, Wednesday, October 2, 2002 from 8:30 AM until 9:30 AM at which time final blessing services will take place. Funeral liturgy will follow at 10:00 AM at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Interment will be at St. Paul Cemetery, Weirton, WV.
