Anna T. Begola

Anna T. Begola, 96, of Weirton, died Saturday, May 31, 2003 at the Weirton Geriatric Center. She was born on February 18, 1907 in Greenwald, PA, a daughter of the late Andrew and Mary (Revylak) Telmanik. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Mary Dondrea. Anna was a retired seamstress and a member of St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church in Weirton. She is survived by two sons, Richard Begola and his wife Mildred of Palm Desert, CA, and Donald Begola of Clearfield, Utah; daughter Dolores M. Karl of Forest Hills, NY; one brother, George Telmanik of Parma Heights, OH; two sisters, Agnes Guio and Helen Niederhuber, both of Weirton; and two granddaughters, Linda Karl of Forest Hills, NY and Hillary Begola of Palm Desert, CA. Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 PM Wednesday at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, where funeral services will be held 11 AM Thursday. Rev. Fr. Ed Lucas will preside.
