  9. To my Terrace Heights Family We have lost another wonderful mom from our “old” neighborhood where so many of us grew up. Barbara was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and one who always watched over the kids on Terrace Heights. She trusted me to baby sit her babies and was always giving us kids confidence in whatever we tried to do. Was so sad when I saw she passed away. She is up there with all the other moms who have passed before her. She will watch over her family in the hereafter as she did on earth. You are all loved by me and so many others. God Bless you Frank and of course my Terrace Heights boys. Peggy Barnabei Kula

  10. To All of Barb’s Family, I’m sending my condolences and prayers. I bowled with Barb for many years in Steubenville and always thought of her as a dear friend, she was a very special person. I know she is at peace now and not suffering and watching over all of us.

  13. Frank…Frankie, Jeff and Danny: I don’t get the paper & just got into the website; I’m so sorry to hear of Barb’s passing. She was always so nice to me. This is not an enjoyable journey – we have to learn to adjust. At least Barb’s at peace & I bet she’s having fun w/the rest of those neighbor-ladies! I will keep your family in my prayers.
