Barbara Lee Carroll, 69, of Weirton died Saturday January 21, 2017, at her home.
Born on June 11, 1947, in Weirton, WV Barbara Lee was a daughter of the late Charles M. and Irean Watson Martin. She was also preceded in death by her two half brothers, Gary and Kenneth Martin; and her sisters, Charlene, Beverly Jean, and Waveline Kaye Martin, and Linda Sue Hurst.
Barbara Lee was a homemaker and was very proud of her son and family.
She is survived by her son, Joseph Carroll and his wife Jeannine of Weirton, WV; a sister, Diane Martin of Weirton, WV; a brother, Randy Martin (Stephanie) of Wintersville, OH, and three grandchildren, Kristen, Wesley and Laura.
Visitation for friends and family will be 3-4 PM Wednesday at the Greco Hertnick Funeral Home 3219 Main Street Weirton, where funeral services will be conducted at 4 PM on Wednesday.
Rev. Larry Barkley will preside

Private Interment will take place.
Barb will be sadly missed by her Freedom Place family

Just learned about Barbara’s passing a short time ago. Growing up I and my family lived just up the street at 3912. -Often times I would visit or just say hello to Barbara and the family as someone was always sitting on the porch. Don’t know when the last time I saw Barbara or any of the family as I left Weirton in 1967 and returned only for family visits. To the family I offer my sincere sympathy. God Bless!!!
