betty corley

Betty Jean (Salatino)Corley of Weirton passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at Valley Hospice Care Center North. She was 80 years old.

Betty was born in Wellsville OH., on June 4, 1943, a daughter to Dale and Jean Blackledge Miller.

She was a 1961 graduate of Wellsville High School and had worked most of her life in restaurants but most recently as an auditor in the hospitality industry.

If you ask her family, they will say that Betty was the most caring and giving person they had ever met. She was constantly worrying about someone and their well-being, making sure they had what they needed to comfort their life and always keeping them in her prayers.

Betty was involved with doing God’s work on earth, her selfless acts she demonstrated and the love she had for people will be missed by so many individuals.

In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her stepmother Gail Booth Miller, sister Carol Arend, and her brother-in-law David Arend.
