Betty Marie Paboucek

Betty Marie Paboucek, 89, of Weirton, passed away Friday, October 25, 2019, at Woodland Hills Assisted Living. She was born July 29, 1930 in Weirton, a daughter of the late Guy and Mary Murphy Bish. She was also preceded in death by her husband James Paboucek in 2007, daughter Eileen Fazi, brothers James and William Bish and sisters Helen Merico and Evelyn Vandruff.
Betty was a homemaker and a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church.
She is survived by her sons Terence Paboucek and James (Gail) Paboucek; daughter Kathy (Stathis) Alatis; brothers Carl (Lynn) Bish, Lawrence (Judith) Bish, John (Patricia) Bish and Bernard (Doretta) Bish; sisters Mary Jane Bish all of Weirton and Ruth (Martin) Rihel of Boulder City, NV; grandchildren Eric (Katie) Alatis, Robert Alatis, Joseph Herbert, and great granddaughter Kennedy Alatis.
Private visitation will be held for Betty’s family. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM Saturday at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church with Reverend Father Babu Joseph Elamturuthil officiating. Interment will follow in St. Paul Cemetery.
