Cecelia A. Bundy

Cecelia A. Bundy, 77, of Ashland, OH, formerly of Weirton, died Saturday, May 31, 2003 at the Good Shepherd Nursing Home in Ashland. She was born on July 26, 1925 in Weirton, WV, a daughter of the late John and Mary (Palsa) Brinsko. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Joseph J. Bundy; four brothers, John, Joseph, Stephen, and George Brinsko; and one sister, Mary Pulice. Cecelia was a homemaker and a member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church and the St. Joseph Christian Mothers. She was also a Eucharistic Minister at the church. She is survived by three daughters, Christina M. Lavorata and her husband Carl of Fairmont, WV, Cynthia Brown and her husband Thomas of Ashland, OH, and Carolyn Mack and her husband Steven of Winston Salem, NC; one sister, Anne Nelson of Metairie, LA; and five grandchildren, Ann Marie Lavorata, Bethany Murray and her husband Josh, Daniel Brown, Kelli Mack, and Austin Mack. Visitation will be from 2-4 and 7-9 PM Monday at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, where a Prayer Service will be held 7:30 PM Monday. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated 10:30 AM Tuesday at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, Weirton. Burial will be at St. Paul Cemetery, Weirton.
