clarence frazee
Clarence Eugene Frazee, 87, of Myrtle Beach SC, formerly of Weirton, died Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at his home. Born January 24, 1928, in Morgantown, WV, he was a son of the late George and Lona (Kisner) Frazee. He was also preceded in death by his beloved wife Mary Ann (Collo) Frazee, brothers Norman, Albert and Clifford Frazee and his sister Eloise Selsor. He retired from Weirton Steel tin mil, l after 40 years, as a forklift operator. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War and a member of the American Legion. In his free time Clarence enjoyed spending time with his family and watching the Steelers and Pirates. He is survived by his son, Gary D. Frazee of Oviedo, FL, a daughter Leslie Frazee Taflan and her husband Alexander III of Myrtle Beach, SC; grandchildren Danielle Taflan, Alexander Taflan IV and Anthony Frazee; brother Kenny Frazee of Steubenville, OH; sisters in law Janet (John) Backel and Regina (Carl) Truax; grand dogs Rylee, Louie and DJ and great-grand dog Cali. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 4-8 PM at the Greco Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, WV, where funeral services will be celebrated on Monday at 11:30 AM. Rev. Fr. Tony Thurston will officiate. Entombment will follow at St. Paul Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church, 229 California Ave., Weirton, WV 26062.
