He was born on December 18, 1958 in Charleston, WV.
His parents Mel and Betty Williams Arena and his sister Mrs. Jim (Beverly) Bainbridge all of Weirton, survive.
Private services will be held at the convenience of his family.
Interment will follow at the Serbian Cemetery in Weirton.
