As always, I’m very saddened to learn of a death in the family. In remembering David many thoughts come to mind….the cousin-filled get-togethers through the years at Colliers Way, Camp Boulder, the great outdoors enthusiast, the baseball standout. These memories and more I will hold dear all my days. Kathy Alatis

Mary K and family, so so sorry for your loss.
Theresa, Vinnie, Nick, Frank, Mary Kay and extended family, My deepest sympathy to you all. I am so sorry for your loss. My heart is sad. My memories of Dave are of him smiling or laughing. We were a very blessed family and had lots of great time together. I also remember him telling me he didn’t like coming to family picnics anymore because my mom, his Aunt Evelyn, wasn’t there to make him a plate. So, I hope she was waiting for him with a plate of his favorites. I hope the thought of his smile or laugh will brighten your days ahead. Because I know when I think of him, I can only smile. Once again I send my hugs and love to you all.
Condolences to the family. He was a great person. I will miss him. 💝
Condolences to Dave’s Family. I met Dave in 1995 in the Pipe Shop at Weirton, and continued working with him off and on with Local 495…will never forget Dave’s sense of humor and his laugh…introduced me to Soppressata on New Years Eve 1999 as part of the Y2K Crew…Dave will definetly be missed.
My sympathies and prayers for Dave’s soul and to his family. I most remember him as my basketball point guard who was deeply competitive.
I was lucky enough to be the bat boy for the Champion Wildcats baseball team when I was 5 years old. We never EVER lost when Dave pitched. I couldn’t comprehend why he wasn’t on the Pirates. RIP
“Mary-Gus”… I am so sorry for your loss. I never knew your brother but from reading the condolences, God took another 1 of his angels home for sure. I’ll be keeping you and your family in my prayers. Again, I am so sorry.
