Dominic Notarantonio, Jr., 66, of Weirton, WV, passed away on January 21, 2025, at the Weirton Geriatric Center.
Born on April 2, 1958, in Weirton, he was a son of the late Dominic and Rachel Fiocca Notarantonio, Sr.
A 1977 graduate of Weir High School, Dominic worked for nearly three decades at Starvaggi Industries as a laborer and parts man. After deciding to pursue new opportunities, he went back to school and eventually concluded his career at BNY Mellon.
Dominic was a member of Saint Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church in Weirton, where he was involved in various parish activities. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus 3734 and the Catholic Men’s Group That Man Is You (TMIY), finding great fulfillment in his faith and fellowship with others.
Known for his kind soul and unshakable patience, Dominic devoted his time to caring for his parents in their senior years, allowing them to remain in their home. His generosity and compassion were evident in all aspects of his life. Tom and I are heartbroken on hearing about the passing of Domenic. We will always hold him in our hearts and prayers. We had many talks in the driveway on his way out in his car. He always had a smile on his face no matter what he was dealing with at the time.
When he saw Gino and Alex outside playing he always joked with them and was so kind to them. We will miss him dearly.
Domenic when you meet your parents and mine ,tell them we miss them and love them.
May your soul and all the souls of the faithfully departed rest in peace.
Sharon and Tom Garbin (Bubrik)
Dominic was so sweet and such a good friend to my Dad. He will be greatly missed. Rest peacefully Dominic. My condolences to the family.
I am heartbroken to learn of Dominic’s passing. He was a dear neighbor, loved by everyone in our family. His love for his parents, siblings, nieces and nephews was evident in the sparkle in his eyes and wide smile any time he spoke of you. Please know that though we can’t be with you to celebrate Dominic’s life and mourn our loss together, we are with you in spirit. We love you, Angela, Anthony, and Joe, and miss seeing and being with a family that was an extension of our own.

I am saddened by the loss of Domenic. I worked wirh him several years, and would visit with him at Serra Manor. He was a bright star in our world. Prayers for his family.
I am heartbroken at the loss of my dear friend, Dom. He was the perfect example of how to live life with kindness and compassion and always smiling. I will miss my friend and movie buddy dearly but I know he is in the loving arms of our Lord and no longer suffering with his physical self. My deepest sympathies to Angela, Joe, Anthony and families. Sending prayers for peace and comfort to all of you.
I was devasted to hear about the passing of Dominic! It was a privilege to give him communion at the 11am mass. May God Bless !
Angela, Anthony, and Joseph – Please accept my condolences. Your brother was the salt of the earth, a great and honest person. I had the opportunity of growing up with Dominic and Anthony in the late 70’s & 80’s, and the opportunity to reconnect with Dominic & Joseph in the late 2000’s. I’m sad he suffered the last part of his life, but he is at rest now.
Joe, Tom and I are so sorry for the loss of your brother. How blessed to be in eternal paradise for him. God bless you and your family
We were so sorry to hear of Dom’s passing. He, his parents and the family were such steadfast and faithful members of our community at St. Joes. He will be missed . We are sure the angels of God came to lead him home. Joe & Sandy Holmes
