  16. Dominique and I have been friends for a long time. We talked almost everyday for the past year. I was so heart broken to receive the news about Dom. I wished it wasnt real. We lived near eachother in FL. I moved away, and eventually he did too. Throughout all the years, we still maintained a friendship. Recently we talked about all the shopping he was doing to get decorations. He was excited to decorate for Christmas. My birthday is four days before his, and all October he talked about his haunted house he was building. I was amazed to see all the hard work he put in to making it. It was a joy to see. I loved the conversations we recently have had. He would send me pictures of his animals, and I would send him pictures of mine… He was such a great friend to have. So kind and down to earth. I will forever cherish the memories we have together. My prayers are with his family. May you find comfort knowing he is in a better place than all of us. May his love be a reminder that he is always with you. With love, Montana Blum

  19. I went to Jefferson middle school and Merritt Island high school with Dominique, he was the popular kid at school that everyone loved. He was a genuinely happy and caring person. I wish I had the opportunity to go back and talk to him more while we were in school. So I am thankful for the last few months I got to reconnect with him when Halloween Horror Nights got canceled we were able to connect over our love for Halloween. We talked almost everyday the last couple months. I could see how happy he was and how good he was doing, and I will always be thankful for his friendship. My favorite message from him will always be “I don’t do colored lights. Only cool white and blue lol don’t like my house looking like a pack of skittles with every color of the rainbow.” I will forever save that message.
