Donald Paul Weekly

Donald Paul Weekly, 89, of Weirton, passed away Friday, May 20, 2016 in the Clarion Hospital, Clarion, PA. Born February 22, 1927 in Toronto, OH, he was the son of the late Paul and Mable (Dixon) Weekly. He was also preceded in death by his brothers Harry and Dave. With over 30 years of service, Donald retired from Weirton Steel where he worked in the Tin Mill and was an active member of the WSX 25-Year Club. He was also a member of the Knoxville Fire Department. Donald enjoyed wood working and camping at Austin Lake. Donald is survived by his son Rick (Helen) Weekly of Toronto; daughters Donna (William) Grimes of Weirton and Carol (Judson) Lada of New Philadelphia, OH.,; grandchildren Jennifer and John Manos, Duane and Amber Peckens, Beth and JT Rodgers, Taylor Grimes, Tawnya and James Alpeter and Tiffany and Jason Baker; great-grandchildren Alex and Ronan Rodgers, Landen Manos, Colton and Caden Gribble, Cassie Baker and Chloe and Gunnar Peckens and brother John Weekly. There will be no visitation. Private services are being conducted by Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, WV 26062.
