We are deeply sorry for your loss ~ Greco Hertnick Funeral Home
” Just think of stepping on shore and finding it heaven, of touching a hand and finding it God’s, of breathing new air and finding it celestial, of waking up in glory and finding it home.” You are home now and out of your frail body. You did the work of the Lord by telling others about Jesus in the nursing home.
“There’s a day that’s drawing near, when the darkness breaks to light, and the shadows disappear, and my faith shall be my eyes.” Lyrics by Chris Tomlin from the song entitled I Will Rise… Doreen was almost blind but she saw the light of Jesus illuminate her room at the nursing home on multiple occasions.
The lyrics to this song were written by L.E. Singer, the music was written by Don Wystzen, the song is entitled Finding it Home.
