Charlie, Judy, Brian and Mike, I have so many memories of Eli that I am so grateful to have been a part of. The little entrepreneur lining his toys on your front yard wall to sell when he was a tiny kid. We’d sit on your porch and watch him wheel and deal with people as they walked by. Baby sitting him with Mike, which I’m sure wasn’t an easy decision since you were leaving him in the care of, well, me and Mike. Wrestling with him and letting him win. So many more. I loved that boy just as I love all of you. God bless all of you. Rest in peace Eli.
I’m still having trouble believing this. Eli had such a profound impact on my life. He would always go out of his way to lift my spirits when I was feeling down. And I will always remember the laughter. Charlie, Judy, Brian and Mike, please know that my thoughts and prayers are with your family. Eli will forever live on in all who knew him. Love ya buddy!
JUDY, MY ONLY SISTER, AND CHARLES, BRIAN AND MIKE AND FAMILIES I GUESS I AM STILL IN SHOCK; I LOVED THAT YOUNG MAN SO MUCH. ELI, MY DEAR NEPHEW, YOU HAVE ENTERED YOUR HEAVENLY RESTING PLACE. YOU AND MY JULIE WERE SO CLOSE. I HAVE MANY, MANY GREAT MEMORIES AND THEY WILL BE IN MY HEART FOREVER. AUNT SALLY
May this dear family find comfort in knowing that you have all been invited by our Creator, Jehovah God, to “throw all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you.” (1 Peter 5:7; Psalm 83:18) Rely on him for strength as you await the day all in the grave are called to come out. (John 5:28, 29) And then, “the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing.” (1 Corinthians 15:26) For comforting articles that further discuss this future hope, please visit http://www.jw.org. I hope you all take care and please accept my sincerest condolences.
