Ethel A. Dacko

Ethel A. Dacko, 85, of Weirton, died Monday, September 26, 2005 at the Weirton Medical Center.
Born May 20, 1920 in Monessen, PA, she was the daughter of the late John and Elizabeth Hertnick Pehonsky. Ethel was also preceded in death by her husband George J. Dacko on May 18, 1987, brothers Joseph and Emil Presley and sister Helen Rihvalsky.
Ethel was a homemaker, a member of St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church and AARP.
Ethel’s survivors include her sons Richard Dacko of Cleveland, OH and Ronald Dacko of Toronto, OH; daughter Karen Cunningham of Richmond, OH; brothers Albert Presley of Weirton and John Presley of Miami, FL; sister Irene Imbrogno of Monessen, PA and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be 2-4 & 7-9 PM Tuesday at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton.
Blessing services will be 9AM on Wednesday at the funeral home, followed by a funeral liturgy at 9:30 AM Wednesday at the Saint Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church, with Reverend Father Ed Lucas presiding.
Entombment will follow at Highland Hills Memorial Gardens in Follansbee.
