My condolences to the family. I graduated with the class of”51″. I was in her class my freshman year. She was a very nice lady.
Ethel was a wonderful faculty member of Weir High School who cared enough to attend the 40th reunion of the Class of ’61. My deepest sympathy goes out to Sue and Anne.
Thinking of you at this time of sorrow and remembering you in my prayers. God Bless You.
So sorry for the passing of Ethel. We are glad that we got to see her last year at our 40th class party. Chet and Candy (Paul) Richmond

Anne and Sue, So sorry to her about Ethel’s passing. I am glad that she got to share in the Class of 61’s last reunion. After all the years we taught together, it is hard to imagine that such a vibrant lady is no longer with us.
I will always remember her and June. They were always there when you needed them. I graduated with the Class of ’61. My sincere condolences to Sue and Anne.
We offer our sympathy to Ethel’s family. I always remember Ethel as my Home Economics teacher during my freshman year at Weir High. Then many years later I enjoyed her company when we were both members of the Forget-Me-Not Auxiliary of Weirton General Hospital. Irene Pizzoferrato
Dear Anne and Sue Sophia Divich just told me about Ets’ sudden passing. Bill and I will always remember and appreciate how gracious and wonderful she was to us when we married in ’74. She was a pleasure to know and I also can still remember your visits to my home when I was a Freshman with rheumatic fever in the ’50s. All those years, she has remained in my thoughts and she was such a lady of taste. She would probably have been very pleased to leave so graciously and suddenly without any delay, even though I am sure there is now a really big void in your home with Ethel and June both missing. God Bless you and please accept our sincere condolences. Love Marie and Bill
I wish to share my condolences to the family of Ethel and June. I had them both in High School where I graduated in 1975. Ethel taught me a lot in Home Eco. and to this day I will be doing something with cooking and I still hear her saying I am doing it great. She was a wonderful teacher as well as June. They will be sadly missed. Take care and God Bless your family..
