Ethlyn M. (Bee) McMillan, 97, of Weirton died Tuesday February 7, 2017, at her home.
Born on October 18, 1919, in Berea, WV, she was a daughter of the late Owen and Iva Mitchell Bee. She was also preceded in death by her husband of nearly 60 years, John Ira McMillan; 3 daughters, Patricia Brunner and Sharon and Carolyn "Joan" McMillan; 2 sons, Clyde and John Paul McMillan; her siblings, Jim, Paul, Olis, Kester, Guy and Naomi Bee; a grandson, Greg Brunner, Sr., and a great granddaughter, Kylie McMillan.
Ethlyn was a homemaker who was loved by all. A Godly woman, she was a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Weirton where she loved to sing. She also enjoyed quilting, sewing and gardening and playing Bingo with her family.
She is survived by her son in law, Gerald Brunner and daughter in law, Barbara McMillan; 7 loving grandchildren, Gina (Joe) Hukill, Julie (Terry) Libengood, Teresa Brunner, Twila and Gary Robinson, Brian and Kevin McMillan, and Tammy Aitken; 15 great grandchildren, David Libengood, who helped care for her, Greg and Eric (Jenn) Brunner, Brandon (Kara) and Tim Wright, Grace (Kody) Johnston, Justin Hukill, Megan (Eddie) Gardner, Maelynne Brunner, Kayla (Josh)Talkington, Trenton and Taylor Aitken, John Andrew, Anthony and Brooke McMillan; and 10 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be 6-8 PM Friday at the Greco Hertnick Funeral Home 3219 Main Street Weirton, WV.
Additional visitation will be Saturday 1:30 until time of funeral services at 2:30 PM at the Chestnut Grove Church on Big Flint Road, West Union, WV.
Rev. Leonard Peeler will preside.
Interment will follow at Chestnut Grove Cemetery.

So sorry to hear about the passing of Aunt Ethlyn. My thoughts and prayers are you the family during this hard time. I’m sure she is having a great reunion in heaven with Grandpa Jim and the rest of her family members that have gone before her.
Sorry to hear of Mrs McMillans passing. She was a very dear neighbor to our family when we lived on the hill. Prayers for you all.
