Gary C. Westfall, 56, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away unexpectedly at his home on Monday, February 20, 2023.
Gary was born in Steubenville, Ohio on July 24, 1966, to Gary E. and Peggy Westfall.
He graduated from Mingo High School in 1984.
Preceding Gary in death is his father. His wife, Marie also passed away.
In life, Gary loved spending time with his family, friends, and beloved dog, Ginger. Gary was never happier than when he could gather loved ones and spend a day out on his boat. Most recently, he was extremely proud to be named Business Representative of the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades District Council 53 Local Unions 91 & 438.
Gary is survived by two sons, Eric (Halle) and Michael (Matthew), as well as his mother Peggy and sister, Lori.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Gary will be held at the Rosemont Chapel in Steubenville, OH on April 22, 2023 at 2:00PM.

Such fun memories of Gary (and Lori) when we were all young. It hurts my heart to see he is now gone. All my love and prayers to Peg, Lori and Gary’s boys.
