Genevieve Dolentin

Genevieve Dolentin, 77, of Weirton, died May 16, 2001 at Vencor. She was born November 28, 1923 in Weirton, daughter of the late Joseph and Helen Kulbacki Regin. A brother Joseph and a sister Bernice Kline also preceded her in death. Genevieve was retired from Weirton Steel Company where she worked in the Tin Mill Department. She worked in the sorting room, with 35 years of service. She was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, Weirton, the 25 year club of Weirton Steel Co., PNA, Three Score Senior Citizens, and AARP. She is survived by a son Joseph Dolentin and his wife Betty of Weirton. A granddaughter Amy O’Neill and her husband Brian of Weirton, and a great grandson Tyler O’Neill. Visitation will be Thursday from 7-9 PM and Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main St., Weirton, WV. Knights of Columbus Rosary will be recited at 7 PM Friday in the Funeral Home. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated at 10 AM Saturday at Saint Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church, Weirton.
