George J. Walker, Sr.

George J. Walker, Sr., 73, of Georgetown, PA, died Thursday, December 24, 2015. Born May 5, 1942, in Sewickley, PA, he was a son of the late Lewis and Anna (Wessant) Walker. He is also preceded in death by his son Joseph Walker, Sr. George retired as a heavy equipment operator for Bologna Coal. He is survived by his wife Donna McLaughlin Walker, sons George (Virginia) McLaughlin, Keith (Linda), Eddie and George Walker; a daughter Lori Sullivan; brothers Joseph and Edward Walker; sisters Charlotte Peyton and Eleanor Sleet; grandchildren Jason and Joseph Walker, Jr., Jessica Waugh and Brittany Logan; great-granddaughter Avery Walker and several great-grandchildren Visitation will be Wednesday 10 until the 11 AM service at Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, WV.
