Gerald Michael Pearson

Gerald Michael Pearson, 56, of Weirton, died Friday, January 4, 2002, at his residence. He was born May 26, 1945 in Longmont, CO, son of Winifred (Coble) Pearson of Weirton and the late James C. Pearson. Gerald retired from I.B.E.W. Local 246, Steubenville, as an Electrician. He was a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, Weirton, and served his country in the Vietnam War. In addition to his mother, Gerald is survived by his wife, Christine (Fazi) Pearson of Weirton; one son, Michael O. Pearson and his wife Renee V. of Lima OH; one daughter, Renee F. Pearson of Weirton; and a brother, Jim P. Pearson and his wife Shelly of Weirton. Visitation will be 1-3 and 7-9 PM Sunday, January 6, at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated 10 AM Monday at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, Weirton. Burial will follow at St. Paul Cemetery, Weirton.
