Glenda Sue Maylee, 68 of Weirton died Saturday, March 16, 2002, at the Trinity Health Systems in Steubenville, OH. She was born on September 21, 1933 in Middlebourne, WV, the daughter of Dorothy Spencer Huffman of Weirton, WV, and the late Fred D. Huffman. Her husband, Roy Vance Maylee, also preceded Glenda in death on August 8, 1993. She was a homemaker and a member of the Weirton Chapter #147 Order of the Eastern Star. Surviving, in addition to her mother are her daughters, Brenda Ann Miller and Cathy Sue White, both of Weirton; Her brother, Paul D. Huffman of Weirton; her sister, Donna Ann Barkley of Weirton; her 3 grandchildren, Dawn Miller, Spencer Alexander Roy Miller and Essie Victoria White. Visitation will be 2-4 & 7-9 PM Tuesday at the Greco Hertnick Funeral Home 3219 Main Street Weirton, where funeral services will be held at 11 AM Wednesday. Entombment will follow at Highland Hills Memorial Gardens, Follansbee. The Order of the Eastern Star Service will be held 7:30 PM Tuesday, in the funeral home. Memorial contributions in Glenda’s memory may be made to the Brancazio Free Clinic 3058 West Street Weirton, WV 26062.
