  7. Pappy (My Scooby-Doo), I just wanted to let you know how much you mean to me, and to thank you for everything! You and grandma were a HUGE part of my life, and from that I would never be the woman I am today. I wish I could go back to spending just about every night and day with you and her! I think my favorite part of the day was after our nap all three of us would sit on the back porch and I would play with the matchbox cars while we waited for dinner time. Everytime I close my eyes I can still hear you singing your silly ryhmes. I can’t tell you how much I love you (it’s just impossible)!!! I am thankful for every moment having spent with a wonderful man like you!! I kept my promise to be strong for you until the end and I never left your side, but you know that. Don’t you worry about me, you made me a strong woman and I know you’re with grandma now and she is a happiness that noone could ever fill!!! I LOVE YOU FOREVER AND I WILL MISS YOU UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN!!! Love Always, Pappy’s Girl

We go quite a ways back and I still can see your Moms’ smiling face at home on Capitol Drive. Both of your parents were special people and I know their memory will live on in your hearts. May God bless you and your famly. Take care of yourselves. Always your friend, Bruce

  10. Bob,Judy and Debbie, My thoughts and prayers are with you. I have such fond memories of spending time at your house on Capitol Drive when we were young. Your Mom and Dad were a huge part of our lives. Treasure your memories and know he is in the best place. My love, Maureen Barker Longanacre

  11. We have honored you during life and will continue to do so now that you are at final rest. Our children will miss you, for you were the only Grandfather that they ever really knew. We regret that you will not have the chance to know Raelene’s baby, but we will always have pictures and memories to pass on. We feel comforted knowing that you are now with Mom again. The two of you shared many years of happiness and brought much love to the entire family. You will be sadly missed by all.

  12. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. We also recently lost our father, Bill Barker and we know the pain you are going through. I remember the old times when our parents played cards together and we had cookouts at one anothers homes. My prayers are with Debbie, Judy, Bobby and the rest of the family.

  13. Dad, You are loved and will be missed. Lisa, Michele, and I have alot of good memories that will stay in hearts forever. 14. Judy, I just found out about your Dad. So sorry that I missed coming to the funeral. Had I known, you know I would have been there. I will always remember all the good times that I had with you at your home on Capital Drive when we were growing up. God bless you and your family and may God bless your Dad and Mom and keep them forever. Love, Norma

  15. Pappy, I can still hear your voice calling Mee-shell Rabindego, and remember the time Michael went to school and really thought his name was Michael Magillacutty. You had a way of making each of us feel special. I’m sorry we weren’t able to live closer the past twenty years, but that hasn’t changed the love in my heart for you. I still remember the good times we shared growing up. And you’ll always be my one and only Pappy. I’ll miss you, until we meet again in the Lords presence. May you be at peace with your two beautiful “angels”. I LOVE YOU!
