Janet Sue Moore

Janet Sue Moore, 67, of Weirton, passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2013 in the Life Line Hospital, Wintersville, OH. Born July 6, 1946 in Philippi, WV , she was a daughter of the late Raymond and Geraldine Foster McCoy.
Mrs. Moore was a homemaker and a Member of the Fellowship Church in Englewood, FL. Janet loved the beach, swimming and collecting sea shells. She enjoyed shopping but, more than anything, loved her grandchildren.
Janet is survived by her husband Ed Moore, whom she married May 30, 1981; daughter Jeanine Shumway of Weirton; brother Ray McCoy, Jr. of Follansbee, WV and sisters Melba Mellott of Follansbee, WV, Jane McCoy of Weirton and Barbara Nestor of Belington, WV and granddaughters Olivia Shumway and Ariana Dove.
Visitation will be held Saturday from 10 AM until 1:30 PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, WV. Grave side services and interment will immediately follow at Saint John's Cemetery, Follansbee.
Rev. Donald Stilgenbauer will preside at the graveside service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
