Jerri Lynn Parks, 52, of Steubenville, OH, passed away on March 10, 2025, at UPMC Passavant – McCandless Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.

Born on September 1, 1972, in Brilliant, OH, Jerri was a daughter of the late Lee Parks and Lois Nest Parks Bennett.

She graduated from Buckeye Local High School in 1991. While working at Speedway she met the love of her life, Rick Julian. They were blessed with two daughters and a grandson.
Prior to suffering a stroke in 2021, Jerri worked in customer service at Lowes in Steubenville.

Jerri cherished the time she spent with her grandson and family. She had a heart full of love, an easygoing nature, and a wonderful sense of humor that brought joy to those around her.

She is survived by her fiancé, Rick Julian; her daughters, Alisha (Ryan) Wojtowicz and Rikkie Julian; her sister, Bobbie Jo (Guy) Agin; her brother, Joseph (Jamie) Parks; and her treasured grandson, Hunter Wojtowicz.

Her family will forever hold her memory in their hearts, remembering the warmth, laughter, and love she shared with them all.

Visitation will be on Thursday March 13th from 9:30 AM until the time of her funeral service at 11:00 AM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home 3219 Main Street Weirton.

After her funeral service she will be cremated at the Greco-Hertnick Crematory 3219 Main Street Weirton.
