Joanne Seey

Joanne Seey, 84, of Weirton, WV, formerly of Paris, PA, passed away Monday, November 28, 2016, at Weirton Geriatric Center. Born January 8, 1932 in Paris, PA, she was a daughter of the late Paul and Audrey Barkhurst McGaughey. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Seey; sisters, Ditha Goresh, Kate Schroyer, Grace McKitrick, Betty Glessner, Joyce Doyle, Patricia Durbin and Dolores Grossi; and brothers, Paul, Gordan, Samuel and Thomas McGaughey She was a homemaker who treasured spending time with her family. She also enjoyed playing cards and working in her yard. She is survived by her son, Stephen (MaryAnn) Seey of Paris, PA; a daughter, Pam (Mark) Kesling of Weirton; grandchildren, Stephen (Emily) Seey, Marty Seey and Bryce Kesling; and two great grandchildren. Private visitation will held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Paris Cemetery.
