Johnny "Butch" Jones

Johnny Lee “Butch” Jones of Weirton passed away a natural cause while sitting on his couch on Sunday May 30, 2021. He was 75. Johnny was born in Steubenville , OH on October 31, 1945 to Joe DeAnders and Velma Jean Jones. Butch, as he was known to family and friends graduated high school and worked as a custodian for many years before he retired and moved back to Weirton to be with family. He will be remembered as a hard worker, working as many as three jobs at once. Private services will be held for Butch at the Greco - Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street Weirton, WV..
