Joseph Andrew Rosohac

Joseph Andrew Rosohac, 69, of Weirton, passed away Sunday, September 4, 2005 in the Weirton Medical Center. Born May 19, 1936 in Weirton, he was the son of the late John and Mary Scrab Rosohac. Joseph was also preceded in death by an infant daughter Cara and brothers John, Mike, Andrew and George. With 29 years of service, Joseph retired from Weirton Steel where he worked as an approach table operator in the Hot Mill. He was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church, AARP 3846 and Three Score Senior Club. Joseph served his country in the United States Army. Joseph’s survivors include his wife Catherine (Katy Petrisko) Rosohac, of Weirton, whom he married November 22, 1958; sons Robert Rosohac and his wife Bambi Kamppi of Weirton and Gary Rosohac and his wife Melissa Beagle of New Manchester, WV; grandchildren Issac and Jessica Rosohac and one step grandchild Angela Jones. The family will receive friends Tuesday 7-9PM and Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton where a Prayer Service will be conducted Wednesday at 7:30PM. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated 10AM Thursday at St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church. Interment will be in St. Paul Cemetery, Weirton where Military Services will be conducted.
