Margaret and Rick , Mike and George, I am so sorry to hear of your loss . Joe was one of my uncle Jacks best friends. They loved to play cards and talk about old times. Joe was one of my Dads biggest supporters. Needless to say he built my bar in my home and it was the best one in all of Weirton. He was so proud of it. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Sincerely, Carl and Jerry Hamill
