Joseph J. Morgan

Joseph J. Morgan, 81, of Weirton, passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2009 in Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville, OH. Born May 3, 1927 in Weirton, he was the son of the late John and Dorothy Lucas Mayrogianis. He was also preceded in death by his brothers Pete and Tom Dallas and nephew Peter Dallas. Mr. Morgan was a self-employed bartender and a member of the All Saints Greek Orthodox Church. He served as a Sergeant in the United States Army Medical Corp. during the Korean Conflict Joseph is survived by many friends, including his friend and caretaker Mike Gramatikos of Weirton. Friends will be received Friday from 10 until the 11AM funeral service at the All Saints Greek Orthodox Church. The Reverend Father Frank Milanese will preside. Interment will be in Paris Cemetery, Paris, PA. Memorial contributions may be made to All Saints Greek Orthodox Church, 3528 West Street, Weirton, WV 26062.
