Joseph Maslowski

Joseph Maslowski, 57, of Weirton died Thursday, January 11, 2001 at his residence.
He was born May 24, 1943 in Steubenville, OH the son of the late Stanley and Josephine (Sudol) Maslowski.
He retired from Weirton Steel with 25 years service as a millwright. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Colliers Sportsmen Club. He served in the US Amry from 1964-1967.
He is survived by his wife Elizabeth (Doll) A. Tokash Maslowski of Weirton, a son, Joseph S. Maslowski of Weirton, a daughter, Tawny Maslowski of Keansburg, NJ, a brother, Stanley Maslowski of Weirton and two sisters, Mrs. Joseph (Frances ''Cookie'') Veltri of Weirton and Mrs. Alex (Marjorie) Damiano of Vero Beach, FL.
Visitation will be Friday, January 12, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, WV. Funeral liturgy will be Saturday 10:00 am at Sacred Heart of Mary Church, 200 Preston Ave. Weirton, WV. Interment with Military service by Weirton American Legion Post 10 Honor Guard, V.F.W. #2716 Firing Squad and the Tri-State Marine Corp. at St. Paul Cemetery.
Knights of Columbus Rosary Friday 7:00 pm and Prayer Service Friday 8:30 pm at the funeral home.

I love you dad, its only been 10 hours and I already miss you. I know I was never a perfect son, but you stood up for me and always supported me. I know you will always be looking down on me, and, hopefully I will become a better person, more motivated, and actually accomplish the things you always said I could.
