My condolences to the Zinaich family. Myself and many of my friends a few years younger than Joe, looked up to him as a great guy and a tremendous athlete.
All the family of Joe, I am very sorry to learn of the passing of yet another great player for my father Coach Carl Hamill. He always talked about the zinaich family. I am sure you will treasure those memories at Weir and Ky. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Sincerely, Jerry Hamill and brother Carl

From a classmate.
Joe was like my Grandpa next door. I will always remember his kindness and smiling face. He would sit on the porch with me telling me storys or signing songs to me. Every spring he would let me help plant flowers with him”tulips” when I was small. So many kind memories of him my he R.I.P my heart goes out to his family.
My family and I are saddened by the loss of such a good friend and neighbor. Heaven holds one more dear friend we will look forward to seeing again…Keep your chin up Eileen…we have you in our thoughts and prayers.
