Josephine Corso Carangelo

Josephine Corso Carangelo 87, formerly of Weirton passed away February 27, 2006 at Coral Trace Nursing Home in Cape Coral, FL.
She was born January 10, 1919 in Brooklyn, NY the daughter of the late Tomasso and Anna Cefalu Corso. Her husbands Frank Corso and William Carangelo, son Thomas Paul Corso, one grandson; brother, August (Gus) Corso and sister Rose Spinella also preceded her in death.
Josephine worked at the National Steel Weirton Steel Division in the Tin Mill. She was a homemaker and member of St Paul Catholic Church and the Christian Mothers.
She is survived by her daughter-in-law Cathy Corso of Cape Coral, FL; brother Frank and his wife Gladys of Weirton, WV; sister-in-law Audra Corso of Paris, PA and her granddaughter Christina Blankenbeckler and her husband Robert of Cape Coral, FL, and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday from 6-8PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main St, Weirton, WV. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be Saturday 10:00AM at St Paul Catholic Church, Weirton, WV. Interment will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Weirton.

Dear Aunt Jo I hope you will rest in peace. I will miss you so. I remember all the things you did for me as I was growing up. Thank you so much for help guiding me in the right direction to the faith of our Lord. Miss you love Patty McCombs
